I, along with thousands of other people, make a resolution each year that I will lose weight. I have searched out and tried dozens of diets, some I've lost the weight I wanted, others haven't worked out so well. But in the end the weight has always returned and then some. Have you ever wondered why this is? I know I certainly have.
I have the answer. You may find it hard to believe, but weight loss needs to start from the inside. Yes, you did hear me right. We need to work on our beliefs about food, the reasons that we choose to eat. Or in some cases, why we eat without thinking.
From the time that we were very small children we were taught that food was a reward when we did something great, it was comfort when we were hurt, physically or emotionally, it was love when we were sad. We grew up believing that food could take away all of these bad emotions or enhance the good ones. Actually, it may have for a short term, but what it gave us long term was weight.
So, now it's time to change those beliefs. We can reward ourselves in other ways. We can deal with the pain, sadness, anger, in other ways.
You may be thinking, "Okay, I can do this. I can change my thoughts around so that I can deal with my emotions and the weight will fall off." Sure, you can try, but just doing it consciously doesn't work.
Through hypnosis your subconscious is accessed to change those beliefs. The beliefs that creep out from the middle of nowhere and lead you straight to the refrigerator or cupboard. Through hypnosis you can work through those issues, let them go and replace them with good, positive beliefs.
You Deserve to be free of the excess weight that you've put on your body over the years. You Deserve to be happy from the inside out.
