Welcome to Blue Heron; Transitions through Hypnosis. I'm delighted that you popped in for a visit. Blue Heron is about changing inhibiting behaviors that hold you back from living your life to the fullest. I am dedicated to serving those seeking motivational and avocational self-improvement through the use of coaching and hypnosis. As I evolve in my own journey in life, I am incorporating the many aspects of my spiritual, mental, and physical life into who I am evolving as a person. Not only am I a Certified Hypnotist, but a life coach, a Usui Reiki Master and a Kundalini Reiki Master. I will be offering Reiki classes and sessions for those who are interested. I am also offering Dream Interpretation Classes and Mental Bank Classes. Mental Bank is a method of "paying" yourself for doing the things that help you to change your own thought processes and bringing the things you want into your life.
